Shipping and Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY:

We want you to love your purchase from Soul Sisters but sometimes things need to be returned.  We get it.  Please review our return policies for In-store and Online Purchases below.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Returns made within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt will be provided a refund of original payment form.  Store credit will be given for returns received after 14 days of purchase or items without an accompanying receipt.   Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted after 30 days.  Merchandise purchased on sale is not returnable.   To be eligible for a return, items must be returned  unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging and attached  tags. Due to the delicate nature of jewelry, damaged pieces will not be accepted for return or exchange unless it is determined to be a manufacturer defect and not improper care or mishandling.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES AND PURCHASES MADE OVER THE PHONE:

We will gladly accept returns within 10 calendar days from the date your order was placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in store or via mail unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with original packaging and attached  tags.  Your receipt is required for all returns.  Sale items are not eligible for return.  When returning an item, please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return.  Soul Sisters is not responsible for lost return packages.
 
Returns received within 10 calendar days from the date your order was placed are eligible for a refund as long as the requirements described above are met.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. We reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.  Items that do not match the criteria described above are subject to denial.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your original form of payment.  If you return in-store, you may exchange your item provided that the condition criteria described above is met.  Please remember, we cannot accept returns after 10 calendar days from the date your order was placed, and sale items are final and not eligible for return.  By purchasing from Soul Sisters, you accept these terms and conditions.
 
Shipping:  Providing our customers with quality products at a fair price is at the core of our business mission so we don’t believe in  “hiding” shipping costs within the price of our products.  Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.  We offer free in-store pick up and free in-store returns.
